One of our recent creation, designed by Natalia Semenova (Laav Jewelry) and Gabriel Troisgros. The ring is made of hand-carved buffalo bone and is surrounded by a 925 sterling silver coin.

Mounted with a cabochon ruby of 2 mm grade AA.
